One Lovely Blog Award



Kelley of Kelley Livingston and Tracey of TKdesigns4U-Nature Inspired have each given me the One Lovely Blog Award. I'm honored to have been chosen by each of them--on the same day, no less!--and am happily passing the torch on to other deserving artists whose work I admire and whose blogs I like to follow!


First, though, let me just say that each of these ladies who so kindly chose me are outstanding artists themselves, as well as being supportive and generous online friends of mine. Kelley is a versatile artist with a diverse shop filled with handmade jewelry, cards, paintings, and bags, many of which are created using recycled and reclaimed products. She supports animal related charities through sales from her shop.

Tracey has a variety of items in her shop, as well, creating beautiful jewelry, mosaic and mixed-media boxes, and even a bird house. Her art is inspired by nature and she enjoys working with a variety of materials.

    You LIKE me ... you really LIKE me! Ok, Sally Fields used that line before me, but that's how I feel. I've been shifting widgets, changing colors, changing templates, pimping out my blog for the past month. And I've been blogging EVERY day. I feel like it's all been worth it, now. THANK YOU, Laurie!
